Primary care genetics reference table - ON Health

The Ontario Provincial Genetics Program is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for voluntary membership on a Primary Care Genetics Reference Table. This is an opportunity for family physicians and primary care providers to have input into the implementation of genetics care pathways for many conditions such as autism, cardiomyopathy, heritable cancers. If you are interested, please send a cover letter and CV by March 3, 2025 to Muna Aden OH-PGP@ontariohealth.ca
