Personalized Cancer Genomic Medicine Resource Toolkit

This toolkit was adapted from the 2016 toolkit created by CanImpact (The Canadian Team to Improve Community Based Cancer Care along the Continuum). It provides information for physicians regarding risk assessment for Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer syndrome and Lynch syndrome. Province-specific resources for patients are also included in the toolkit.
